It's that time of year again
The Holidays are here, and for most of us this time of year means friends, family and food, food, food... followed by New Years Resolutions. The most common New Years Resolutions are, Diet and Exercise. For my profession this is AWESOME; However, people go about it the wrong way. They decide they are going to try some crazy, impossible diet or whatever the latest "fad diet" may be...and trust me there will be some new ones popping up soon. I'm sure there are many people out there that have found a program that works for them and have made the lifestyle change. But for most of the population, it's a super fail. Don't be a victim to "fad diets" or weight loss/exercise gimmicks (ie the shake weight).
